Programs are adjusted to provide you, your friend, or a group of up to 4 people an intense and invigorating workout. Your shared training sessions will be fun and motivational.
Complete Fitness Evaluation
Each of our programs includes body composition testing, body circumference measurements, aerobic fitness assessment, muscular strength testing, flexibility assessment, blood pressure, resting heart rate, postural assessment, and medical history screening. This ensures you get the program that is perfect for you.
